You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise this right you must inform us (BIGAUTOMATION, Samer Alzouabi, Rotdornweg 38, 40599 Düsseldorf, support@sj-office.store) by means of a clear statement, for example an e-mail.
The right of withdrawal expires for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium if you have expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period has expired and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356(5) BGB).
If you validly withdraw, we will reimburse all payments without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive your notice, using the same means of payment you used.
